Manifestation Assistant

How are you different from a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant is an invaluable resource for the small business owner, providing administration, email management, web and graphic design, social media management, customer service, planning/scheduling, and other such support. A Manifestation Assistant, on the other hand, specifically serves heart-centered businesses, providing the above services, as well as creatively collaborating and actively helping with the manifestation process.

How does it work?
After you’ve decided to work with me, we will book an initial Creative Collab Session (CCS). Prior to our session, I will send you a questionnaire link via email, to collect some basic information from you. This will allow us to dive right into the juicy bits when we meet. Once I have an idea of what you’re looking for, I can get to work on your drafted website, branding, account set ups, etc.

When drafts are complete, I forward everything to you via email for perusal. You have the option of responding directly to that message with any needed changes and feedback (preferred so that I can refer to it often as I make the requested updates), or setting up a follow up CCS. Please note that additional collabs are billed separately.

For websites, Etsy, and Mailchimp services, we may also book a training session, if requested, to walk you through the basics of running these platforms. 

If I hire you, are you my employee?
No. We will work together on a contract basis, as colleagues. With the exception of mutually scheduled collab sessions and customer service, I manage my schedule according to my clients’ needs, and task deadlines. I try to be available periodically throughout regular business hours to respond to emails, though.

Do you offer any other services?
Outlined on the details page are some of the most commonly requested Manifestation Assistant services. I am flexible, and have knowledge of other tools and resources, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss your unique needs.

What if I need you on a regular basis?
I am also available at an hourly rate as a small business Virtual Assistant, as well as for email- and chat-based customer service. I do not have a minimum number of hours for these options. Please contact me for more information, and to request a resume.

What kinds of clients do you accept?
My focus is on supporting small, heart-centered businesses, with a special interest in spiritually based products and services. 

What is a Creative Collab Session (CCS)?
This is a one-on-one session with me, either over the phone or on a virtual meeting platform. This gives you a chance to tell me all about your vision, and I can gather the info I need to get to work. For some, this can simply be a brainstorming session, a pep-talk, or a tutorial via screenshare. These are unstructured blocks of time dedicated to the free flow of creative juices – the Awen.

Do you have a degree?
Nope. But I have years of hands-on, practical experience. Through trial and error, I have learned ways to help get a small business off the ground with minimal financial investment. And at a fraction of the cost.

Are you a graphic designer?
No. I just love to create things that are visually pleasing, and I happen to be pretty good at it.

Do you do coding/programming?
No. If you are seeking a complex system requiring specialty services like coding, you’ll need to reach out to someone who is trained in that field. 

Why do I have to choose from Wix, Weebly, or WordPress?
In my experience, these are the three most user-friendly options, and I like to keep it simple for you – you already have a business to run, and you won’t have time to doddle with a website once you’re at full steam! We can explore other options if these aren’t your favourite.

How long will it take to get my website up and running?
This depends mostly upon the complexity of the design. The simpler we keep it, the quicker it will be completed!

My website is built, and my shop is open… now what?
Through the process of assisting with your manifestation efforts, I will have shown you how to navigate the basics of running your website, your shop, and any other platforms you’ve opted into. It is my ultimate goal to empower you to have full control over your business, instead of relying on outside people (like me) to do it for you. Of course, I am happy to book a Creative Collab Session should you need fresh designs, need a hand with your website, or want to expand in some way. 

Can I have a members-only area on my website?
You bet! We can discuss this in detail during your CCS, and decide which platform will best serve you.

I don’t want to use Etsy to sell my products – is there another option?
Of course! The most appropriate platform will depend upon your product/service, your level of comfort with technology, and the number of product listings you’ll require. We can talk it out during your CCS.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept PayPal, Square, and Interac E-transfers.

What additional fees should I prepare for?
My rates do not include fees associated with launching and maintaining your small business. Here are some (not all) of the additional costs that may be involved:
